Our process blends original art techniques and committed planet stewardship. Scroll down to see the journey an Encore tile makes from clay to finished product.

First, our custom-formulated clay is extruded into blocks. The fresh clay is then pressed into our designs.

Next, the scrap is cut away by hand. After the design is put through the dryers, it is covered with up to 3 to 4 coats of hand-poured glaze.
